Introduction

These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Infinity Dental Solihull’s services, located at 49 Yew Tree Lane, Solihull, B91 2NX, United Kingdom.

By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Appointments

Booking: Appointments can be made via phone, online booking system, or in person at the practice. Please ensure you provide accurate contact information. Consultation deposits are taken in order to book the appointment, these fees are refundable provided you attend the appointment. If you attend and would like your deposit refunded please ask one of the team.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your appointment may need to be rescheduled or shortened.

Treatment

Consultation: Initial consultations are essential to determine the appropriate treatment plan. Please provide a full and accurate medical history.
Consent: Prior to any treatment, you will be informed about the procedures, risks, benefits, and alternatives. Written consent is required for all treatments.
Results: While we strive to achieve the best possible results, individual outcomes may vary. No guarantees can be made regarding the success of any treatment.

Fees and Payment

Treatment Costs: A detailed breakdown of treatment costs will be provided during your consultation. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment: Payment is due at the time of treatment. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of payment as specified by the practice.
Insurance: If you have dental insurance, please provide your insurance details in advance. However, you remain responsible for all treatment costs.

Children’s Check-Ups

Eligibility for Free and Discounted Check-Ups:

Free Check-Ups: Children up to and including the age of 10 are eligible for free check-ups.
Half-Price Check-Ups: Children aged 11 to 17 are eligible for half-price check-ups at £24.50.
Eligibility Criteria: These benefits are available provided their parents or guardians are active members of the practice. Active members are defined as those who have attended a fee-paying appointment within the last 6 months.

Privacy and Confidentiality

Data Protection: Your personal information will be handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Confidentiality: All patient information is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

Complaints and Feedback
